CRM Alternatives
I've used several CRMs myself and for clients like hubspot, salesforce, activecampaign etc.
The thing I love about Active Campaign is you can setup an automation that understands if an email has been replied to. I base many of my automations off of this feature. I've looked for some self hosted solutions to do email automations, and there are a couple of them, but none of them have the ability to know if an email has been replied to. QUESTION: Does anyone know of a stand alone software that I can install on my server that has automations that are based on the user replying to an email? I don't believe it exists, but I thought I'd ask here. |
