Bolo Lists for Retail Arbitrage

How do people find the products for these Bolo Lists they sell. Example Toy at W@@Mart is $11.98 sells on Am$zon for $79? DO they simply look at each products then search the zon or use Ter@peak or something similar?

They use Virtual Assistants to do it, Programs like OAXRAY, Tactiacal Arbitrage, Combine coupons + sales + cashback sites.
