Any experienced youtubers?
I started a youtube channel a month ago and was wondering,if i download a video from youtube and then add a layer or more of blur or any other effect throughout the video that is not noticeable to the naked eye do the youtube bots process that as unique content due to the new pixels added?

Google detects videos, youtube only detects sound I'm pretty sure. :)
