Let me clue you all into the truth. These lists are total bs but yes they are from amazon

Jungle scout is full of shit they did nothing more than copy readily available amazon reports into a google sheet, nothing more.

These lists are the top products listed once a month based on sales velocity. Sales velocity on amazon equals quantity sold, something easily manipulatable. A common launch technique sold over and over on amazon yet only temporarily effective is to do a giveaway to build traffic and or incentivse reviews.

For example , lets say your entering a category where the keyword leader has 25 reviews and sells 50 products a day. The latest shithole techniques suggest that you need to drop the price of your product to next to nothing to generate 50 or more sales a day for a minimum of 7 days or until you exceed the top ranker and rank number 1. At the same time making this offer to one of the many incentivised review groups around the net gaining reviews. What these programs dont do or tell you is that you are not creating any type of longevity and the minute you raise your price back to where you want it, you have to stay on top of your listing and drive traffic to it or run the risk of dropping very quickly. They also dont tell you that amazon may remove the reviews at ny minute as brands in vendor central are raising hell about the bs reviews and i think amazon will use them as a bargaining chip with brands later this year

Back to the list in this post. Since it is based on sales velocity, what you will find are many bs products that otherwise do not belong and have no chance of ever appearing on the list again without additional bought reviews and bogus giveaways. If this was not the case, we would all have long hair fuzzy steering wheel covers as found on the list.

Increase your sales velocity through giveaways and incentives and boom you are on the list, big deal!

There are Im sure a gem or two in the list somewhere, but I wouldnt ever spend money on info in the list as a business decision. True top sellers are so because of steady, solid, sales. That sentence eliminates them from appearing in the list referenced.

You cannot make money with negative energy like that!
This list is concise, regardless of how owners of top performing products are achieving top ranking.

if you have nothing positive to share.. keep it to yourself whilst others, such as myself, go on our merry way and source products to sell, either through FBA, or through other means like social media.

Your attitude is counter productive to those interested in learning about how to find products to sell.
